How Long Does it Take to Get Access to the Course?
Simple Answer – Immediate access after your payment is processed. Click the My Account button on the Main Menu, Login and click the Course Title. On the Course page, scroll down to access the course Modules which includes Study Notes followed by Practice Questions.
Can I get help on MiniCram Course Content?
Yes, please Contact Us if you have any questions related to Self-Study Notes or Practice Questions included in MiniCram.
I just have one or two questions or need clarification on some topic. Do I still have to pay for it?
No, if you have purchased any MiniCram study guide and need help, you don not have to pay for it. A 5-10 minute telephone support for MiniCram contents is always FREE.
Do I have to be a MiniCram buyer/customer in order to get help on courses?
No, you do not have to be a MiniCram buyer/purchaser in order to get abswers to your course related or other questions.

Do I have to register with Exam Provider or can I just purchase your materials to write the licensing exam?
Please note that purchase of our exam prep material is not a substitute for actual enrollment or registration with the official exam provider, which is Humber College. You must register/enroll in a specific course to be able to receive ooficial course content and to write the exams.
Are Your Exams Current/Updated?
Yes, We regularly update our Study Notes and Practice Questions based on updates to the official text and feedback from our students.
Do I still have to complete the official course or can I write and pass the exam by using your Study Notes & Practice Questions?
Use due diligence, please. You must complete the Humber Course before you can register for the exam. Although our exam prep materials contain sufficient information to pass the exams with a high score, we do not guarantee success; either in the exams or in your professional career. Please take time to review all available resources, including the text books, to prepare yourself for the exams and a successful career.
Remember, just passing the qualifying exams is not enough. You must be able to provide satisfactory and efficient service to your clients.
Can you help me with the content in the official courses?
While we try to provide answers to reasonable questions, either from our prep material or from the text books, we may not be able to answer all your queries related to the content of text books. For this, you may contact Humber College support line.
Can I print your Study Notes & Practice Questions?

Yes. Our Practice Questions are tested for most desktops, laptops, tablets and smart phones. If you have difficulty, please update the operating system of your device or the app you are using.
