Membership
This website MiniCram.com operates on the basis of unique and personal membership for a single user. You are only allowed to create one membership with a valid email address. You agree that you will not share your password, sell your access to study notes or transfer your access to any other person or organization. The access is restricted to a single user login from a single computer at any point of time. We reserve the right to monitor access and IP addresses in order to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of the website. Creating multiple memberships and/or impersonating other persons will lead directly to termination of all your memberships. You must provide a valid email address when creating your membership, and we reserve the right to send you email related to our products and services. The price of our memberships can fluctuate depending on demand. Access to member pages on the website is time bound and has an expiry date, after which the membership is automatically terminated. If you do not use the website during your membership period, you will not be given any refund, any additional time or the right to transfer of unused time to another membership section.

The study material on www.MiniCram.com has been developed for Ontario Real Estate License exam preparation only. If you are purchasing any membership from outside Ontario, it is at your own risk.

Right to Terminate Membership
MiniCram.com reserves the right to terminate your membership if you fail to comply with any terms and conditions included herein. Excessive emails to the website, spamming or any inappropriate messaging through the website will lead to termination of your membership.
Disruption to Service
The service provided on this website is through web servers hosted by third parties, which are deemed to be highly reliable. Disruption or interruption to service is inevitable and beyond our control. Performance Feedback

Printing
Printing of any material, from the website including, but not limited to, study notes, questions, images, is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate termination of your membership and possible legal action.
Testimonials
Your testimonials sent to us by email or posted on our website are on volunteer basis. When you sign up for a membership with www.MiniCram.com, we may list your name on our website as an endorsement of our services.

Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
